  Stopped in today for a simple task. Employee on duty was rude and seemed genuinely uninterested in helping me. Walked out and went elsewhere.

  This Store is on of the best !! The shipped for us 2 very expensive porcelain Items it was perfect packed and fast handled . Our Client was very impressed that a UPS Store can handle this !! Thank you David for the excellent Service !!! We will be back !!

  Due to my recent experience of misleading information and customer service USPS is your better option, I do not recommend UPS Stores for mailboxes or shipping Fedex beats pricing and ship time.

  I have used this location for over 10 years. Recently they have repeatedly lost my mail. I call it lost, but I have recorded phone conversations with their employee Richard (2 weeks ago) telling me I have mail in my box ( the employee told me the sender name, the shipping company and the receiver/to on multiple mailings) and then I go to pick it up, and the mail the employee told me was in my box vanishes. They refuse to admit their employees are probably stealing the mail ( I was looking for check they had in their possession 2 weeks ago). I had mail from August 2016 - November 2016 in the box though! But any potential checks we discussed over the phone are missing! DO NOT use this store!! Boxes are piled up everywhere and it's a hot disorganized mess. That was the frst time I had been into the store in 10 years, and once I saw the inside of this location, it now makes sence why they have lost more than a few pieces of my mail.
