- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had a terrible experience at this store. On March 9, 2016 I mailed a package at this store to Gilbert Arizona. The package was never received. I called the store several times asking them what could have happened to the package and their response was to give it a few more days. The package was never received and the item inside the package was worth $115. I had to refund this amount to the person who paid for this item. On Thursday, March 30, I received the package returned to me with a note stating that there wasn't enough postage on the package. I immediately called the store to talk to a manager and as of today Monday, April 3rd I have yet to receive a returned call. This is very poor for a business and especially not wanting to make it right with a customer when they are at fault. I will not be using this business to mail any packages in the future.By Rachael Stroud, October 15, 2016
