  We are new to Scottsdale and were given the names of three mortgage companies to interview for our home loan. In addition to the three companies, we also interviewed the mortgage department with our bank. When we interviewed Jodi of Nova Home Loans we knew we had found the company we wanted to work with. The best bonus and what made the loan process easier was our loan officer Niki Crawford. Ten stars to the person handling your loan/finances that is knowledgeable, professional, explains things clearly, returns calls promptly and is 100% dedicated to customer service. Thank you Niki. After the closing, we were encouraged to call in the future if we ever have any questions on our mortgage.   Highly recommend Jodie and J.B. They were there for me from beginning to end. I needed to raise my credit by a couple points and they told me how, then was able to get me my loan with such ease. I had 3 coworkers getting mortgages at the same time and each one was complaining about all kinds of hoops they had to go through. I experienced none of that. Best home buying experience ever!

  Excellent experience with Jodie & JB, even when the first house we were under contract with didn't appraise out. They both made sure to keep us positive and continue working forward to our goal of finding a house in Scottsdale. Great customer service and always available for questions.
