    Took a bracelet in to get a third appraisal. The appraisal offered $800. All platinum with diamonds and sapphires. My other two came in at $5,800-6,000. BE CAREFUL!! He said he would pay cash right than and there for it. No thank you.

    Felt sorry for the unsuspecting folks sitting in there like cattle waiting to sell jewelry to them. They scratched my good jewelry and even though they said don't worry we will not let it out of your sight and you can even come in the back room and see what's going on with it - they went back on their word. I felt very uncomfortable and after taking apart my jewelry (still not where I could see it) they didn't like that I was in the back room and they referred me to someone else. But I found my own appraiser who did it all right in front of me focusing on our appointment and without a mish mash of stuff going on around us. He sent me a very detailed and thorough appraisal the next day. So it was a blessing I got out of there.

    Very nice Salespeople, beautiful selection. I went to this store to purchase a gift for my wife. Not knowing quite what to get her for her birthday I went in knowing what colors she likes and my budget. The saleswoman who helped me was amazing. With my vague description, she was able to help me find something my wife absolutely loved and was stunning. I glanced around at their watches and thought they had a nice selection. I just might have to stop by before my birthday and take a better glance.

    I really love my wedding ring, they did an awesome job custom designing it based on a rough drawing I made and I get nothing but compliments. Will definitely return.
