- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆avoid this one. Some UPS stores are great and some aren't. Because all are independently owned it really depends on which one you go to and how the owners are. This is one of the bad one's. They have staff that are inattentive and unfriendly. I say stick with UPS as they are very reliable but avoid this store because of the lack of friendly staff!By Jim Boeing, August 01, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Best UPS store ever!!!! We were making a major move to NJ and the entire staff at the Pima Crossing location on Shea Boulevard was amazingly helpful. They even picked up our boxes at no charge. It is worth going to even if it isn't in your neighborhood! They took such great care of all our shipping.
