- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible customer service and expensive.they charged me more every time I would come in and treat me like I am lying when the prints out were in color which I was not aware of someone set it to color print. She asked me to pay for it even I didn't need my color print.too expensive than other UPS store and unfriendly. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★The people at this store are AWESOME!!! I have rented a mailbox here for 6 years and love the convenience, cleanliness and the staff is so nice! Lori, the owner goes out of her way to help you any way she can. She promotes community stuff like crazy! She started a Farmer's Market with a couple other ladies and they hold it every other week in the lot next to them.
