- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Thanks to Adam Friedlander my family almost ended up homeless. We made major life decisions based on what Adam had told us. We found out that due to his negligence we were not able to qualify for the loan program that we were trying to get into because he was too lazy to look at documents that we sent him over a month and a half ago. There was no attention to detail what so ever and anytime we asked him a question he replied with a long winded shpeal that never even answered any of our questions. First he told us that we would qualify for a mortgage for around 215k then a month and a half later it went down to 150k (HE THINKS)...but even at that point he didn't run the numbers accurately he said. Idiot! What a joke...go elsewhere for competent loan officers.By A Horabik, September 09, 2017
