  I came into this branch to deposit some savings bonds as a down payment for a mortgage. afterwards my mortgage broker informed me he required some documentation to verify the deposit. the information was more or less out of reach, but the Manager, David, went above and beyond to make it right and help me out. My mortgage was on the bring of falling through and he helped me fix it. I'd recommend this branch to anyone.

  Our youngest daughter has been looking forward to turning 13 so she could get her own Chase checking account. I took her to our local Chase branch, 11355 E Vía Linda, Scottsdale, AZ 85259, on Friday (her birthday) along with her social security card, adoption papers, certified citizenship document, and a letter from President Bush congratulating her on becoming a citizen. The Chase representative would not give her a bank account because she did not have her student id (which she discarded when school was over two weeks ago). I cannot understand how we can be turned down when we had all of her information with us – with the exception of a school id. The representative told us if we had her school id and social security card, she would be allowed to have an account. I do not know if you know anything about international adoption but it is not an easy process and I have a hard time believing getting a bank account at Chase is harder than adopting a Chinese child!
