- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Laticia the receptionist was absolutely rude. my company does business with this company and she hung up on me then had attitude about it. said she did no such and put me on hold. when clearly she hung up. she wouldn't let me finish talking and just cut me off and said she cant help shell have an agent call. I cannot believe the attitude that is representing this business. left me on hold for over 10 mins after i asked to speak to a manager. I can hear them in the background laughing at me and making fun of me and everytime I call back they hang up on me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER......../!!!!!!!!!!By Jackie Staggs, October 31, 2016
